Do I need a reservation?

While reservations are not required, they are highly recommended to ensure a seamless dining experience. Please note that seating in our main dining room is limited and may not be available for walk-ins. However, our lounge area (sharable menu items only) and bar seating are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may accommodate your party, based on availability.

Do you host large groups & what are the policies? (both)

 Absolutely. Groups of 9 thru 20 may be subject to food and beverage minimum spend with deposit to secure. 

​

Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.

​

Should your guest count decrease, and Winsome Prime is not notified at least 24 hours prior to your reservation, the quoted food and beverage minimum (if applicable) will still apply.

Are children welcome?

We are a full-service dining establishment, so we do not have an age limit restriction.

What is your general cancellation policy?

​

We do not charge cancellation fees; however, we kindly ask that guests be mindful and provide at least 24 hours’ notice if plans change. When our hostess sends a confirmation message through OpenTable, we ask that you please reply promptly so we can best accommodate all reservations.

If I’m running late, what happens?

​

Please call ahead if your arrival is delayed. Parties arriving more than 15 minutes past their reservation time may forfeit their table and be moved to the waitlist. 80% party presence is required before seating.

What forms of payment are accepted?

​

Cash and all major debit and credit cards are accepted.

​

Can I bring my own cake or decorations?

​

$3 per person cake fee and décor are not permitted.

Is parking available?

​

Yes. We offer complimentary self-parking and valet service during peak dining hours. Valet pricing varies based on demand and event programming.
