Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are not required, but they are highly recommended. If you would like to dine in our main dining room, walk-in availability may be limited. Bar seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What should I wear?

Evening, business casual, and professional wear are required. Beachwear, sweatpants, tank tops, sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, jerseys, excessively revealing clothing, and baseball caps are not permitted. For our complete guide, please see our Winsome Prime Dress Code

Is gratuity included?

Yes. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to the total bill for all reservations.

Can we split the check?

Yes. We accommodate up to two forms of payment per reservation, regardless of party size.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash and all major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Can separate reservations be combined or seated near each other?

Multiple reservations cannot be combined or seated together. To accommodate larger parties, we recommend using our Private Dining link or the "Text Us" button for assistance.

Is there a minimum dining time?

Yes. We have a two-hour table minimum. This ensures every guest can fully enjoy their dining experience without feeling rushed.

Do you have live music?

Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, as well as during Sunday Brunch from 12:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Do you offer Happy Hour?

Yes. Happy Hour is available Monday through Friday from 4PM to 7PM in our lounge area only.

Can I order from the dinner menu during brunch?

The dinner menu becomes available at 5PM on Saturday and Sunday and is not offered during brunch service.

Are children welcome?

We are a full-service dining establishment, so we do not have an age limit restriction.

Can I purchase a gift online?

Gift cards are available exclusively in person.

Is parking available?

Yes. We offer complimentary self-parking and valet service during peak dining hours. Valet pricing varies based on demand and event programming.

What is your general cancellation policy?

For standard reservations, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a per-person fee charged to the card on file (if applicable).

If I’m running late, what happens?

Please call ahead if your arrival is delayed. Parties arriving more than 15 minutes past their reservation time may forfeit their table and be moved to the waitlist. We require 80% of your party to be present before seating.

Can I bring my own cake or decorations?

Outside desserts are welcome with a $3 per person service fee. Outside decorations, including balloons, confetti, and table décor, are not permitted.
